3. How long does order handling take?
Order handling usually takes 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Standard shipping usually takes 3–9 business days after the order has been processed.
5. Is standard shipping free?
Yes. Nesuosa currently offers FREE standard shipping.
6. Do you offer express shipping?
Express shipping may be available at checkout where offered. If available, the cost and estimated delivery time will be shown before you complete your order.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
Nesuosa currently accepts PayPal only. We do not currently accept direct credit card payments, bank transfers, cash on delivery, cheques, cryptocurrency, or other payment methods outside PayPal.
8. Can I cancel my order?
You may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order, provided the order has not already been processed, packed, or dispatched.
9. Can I return my order?
Yes. Eligible items may be returned within 14 days after delivery. Items must be unused, clean, undamaged, and returned with original packaging where possible.
10. How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original PayPal payment method. PayPal or your bank may require additional time to make the funds available.
11. What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@nesuosa.shop. Include your order number, photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
12. Do your products include a warranty?
Yes. Nesuosa provides a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, or unauthorised alterations.
13. How can I track my order?
