Orders are usually handled within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details if tracking is available for your order.

Standard shipping usually takes 3–9 business days after the order has been processed. Standard shipping is currently FREE.

To track your order, please check your shipping confirmation email. If tracking information was provided, click the tracking link and follow the carrier updates.

4. Tracking Not Updating

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after your parcel has been handed to the carrier. If your tracking has not updated for several business days, contact us and we will help investigate where possible.
