Orders are usually processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed during weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

We offer FREE standard shipping. Standard shipping usually takes 3–9 business days after the order has been processed.

4. Express Shipping

Express shipping may be available at checkout for selected orders and destinations. If available, the express shipping cost and estimated delivery time will be shown before you complete your purchase.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Parcels

If your parcel is delayed beyond the estimated delivery period, please contact us so we can help investigate with the carrier where possible.

If tracking shows the parcel was delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbours, your building reception, local delivery office, and safe-place locations before contacting us.

9. Damaged Parcels

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@nesuosa.shop. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
