These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made from Nesuosa. By placing an order through our store, you agree to the terms below.

2. Products

Nesuosa sells romantic gift plush products and related gift items. We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, colours, dimensions, and details accurately. Minor variations may occur due to screen settings, photography, packaging updates, or manufacturing differences.

3. Order Placement

When you place an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. This includes your name, email address, phone number, billing details, shipping address, and payment information.

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not guarantee acceptance if there is a payment issue, stock issue, pricing error, suspected fraud, or other problem.

4. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order where necessary, including but not limited to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, unavailable stock, payment failure, shipping restrictions, abuse of promotions, or violation of our policies.

5. Prices

Product prices are displayed on our website. Prices may change without notice. The final price payable will be shown at checkout before the order is completed.

6. Payment

Nesuosa currently accepts PayPal only. Payment must be completed through PayPal at checkout.

We do not currently accept direct credit card payments, bank transfers, cash on delivery, cheques, money orders, cryptocurrency, or payment outside the checkout process.

7. Payment Security

PayPal processes payments securely. Nesuosa does not store full PayPal login details, full card numbers, or sensitive payment credentials on our own systems.

8. Shipping

Orders are usually handled within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3–9 business days after order handling and is currently FREE.

Express shipping may be available at checkout where offered. If available, express shipping cost and estimated delivery time will be shown before payment.

9. Delivery

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Delays may occur due to courier disruption, incorrect address information, customs, weather, holidays, high order volume, or events outside our control.

10. Customer Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Nesuosa is not responsible for delivery failure, delay, or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address details.

11. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order if the order has not already been processed, packed, or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. However, you may still request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer rights.

12. Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days after delivery. Returned items must be unused, clean, undamaged, and returned with original packaging where possible.

13. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original PayPal payment method. PayPal or your bank may take additional time to make the funds available.

14. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Goods

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@nesuosa.shop. Please include your order number, photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

15. Warranty

Nesuosa provides a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, improper care, or unauthorised alterations.

16. Promotions and Discounts

Promotions, discounts, and special offers may be subject to additional conditions. We may modify or withdraw offers at any time unless prohibited by law.

17. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms of Sale limits or removes any statutory consumer rights available under applicable law.
